- Sex With Couch? Man Faces Possible Jail Time for Curbside Incident
An off-duty police officer out for a jog witnesses the suspect sexually gratifying himself with an abandoned couch left on a curb, according to a criminal complaint. By Joe Petrie Email the author September 21, 2012
A 46-year-old Waukesha man is facing charges after an off-duty cop jogging through the Pebble Valley neighborhood found the man having sex with an abandoned couch set on a curb, according to a criminal complaint.
Gerard P. Streator was charged in Waukesha County Circuit Court on Thursday with one count of lewd and lascivious behavior. If convicted, he faces up to nine months in prison and $10,000 in fines.
According to the criminal complaint:
At 11 p.m. Sept. 3, the off-duty Waukesha police officer was out for a jog on North University Drive near Pebble Valley Road when he spotted an abandoned yellow couch on the curb. He observed Streator by the couch and thrusting his hips as if he was having sex with a person.
The officer approached Streator to see what was going on and yelled “what are you doing,” which caused Streator to run away. The officer didn’t see anyone else on the couch, but the officer realized Streator was thrusting it between the couch cushions for sexual gratification Can a couch consent? |

| This is without a doubt, a case of rape. As an inanimate object the couch cannot consent. Charge the fucker.

| Difference is you have already bought and paid for the fleshlight, its a transaction so therefore cannot be rape.
If you find someone else's fleshlight and decide to give it one, that could be considered rape...................as well as kinda gross. |

| Its a couch Kimmi, I contend that this is not "legitimate rape" in the true GOP definition, can an inanimate object consent or not?
Personally I think by sitting on the sidewalk in the middle of the night without so much as a trow rug on, the couch was asking for everything it got. |
